Miss. Westsiena is an accomplished Business Administration Graduate with a specialty in Supply Chain Management and Financial Services. diverse skill set has allowed her to contribute

meaningfully to various sectors, including banking, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and production planning. She is dedicated to using her quantitative strength to solve complex technical

problems, support innovation, and serve as a cross-functional team member.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Miss. Westsiena early life was characterized by a focus on education and skill development. She received an Associate's Degree in General Studies

from Louisburg College before completing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Elizabeth City State University. She furthered her qualifications with an MBA from the University of

North Carolina Pembroke, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Financial Services.

CAREER MILESTONES

Miss. Westsiena began her professional journey with roles in quality control, human resource management, and library assistance. She transitioned into more specialized roles such as Production

Planner and Scheduler at Newport News Shipbuilding and later, as a Bank Teller. In between, she served as a Graduate Assistant focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of

North Carolina Pembroke.

INNOVATIVE APPROACHES

Westsiena has continuously shown an aptitude for innovation in her roles. While servings as a teller, she streamlined daily cash drawer management and recommended appropriate banking

services to clients. At Newport News Shipbuilding, she developed policies that met company objectives and enhanced efficiency.

INDUSTRY IMPACT AND RECOGNITION

Although she is in the early stages of her career, Westsiena has made significant contributions wherever she has worked. Her analytical skills have been particularly recognized, making her an

essential part of any team she joins. She is also a part of the United States Army Reserves as a Transportation Officer, marking her as not just versatile in the corporate world but also committed

to serving her country.

PERSONAL LIFE

Beyond her professional commitments, Miss. Westsiena is an active member of her community and possesses excellent leadership skills, being able to motivate others and delegate work

effectively. She is also well-versed in multiple computer programs, including MS-Windows, MS-DOS, and MS-Office Suite, among others.

As she continues to grow in her professional roles, Miss. Westsiena aims to focus on leveraging her strengths in logistics, team management, and quantitative analysis. She plans to bring these

skills into future leadership roles, continually driving innovation and efficiency in the business environment.
